Please tell me it's not a Roo

I bought an EE "pullet" a couple of weeks ago that is still a little young to be laying eggs.. The lady was pretty sure it was a pullet but said if it is a roo to contact her and she would swap with me. Is it a roo or a pullet?

Not crowing and no comb whatsoever but not laying eggs either. I'm not positive of her age even. Any ideas how old she might be? This is the best pic I have of her.
I'm new to chickens so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hmmm... Looks like a pullet to me. Looks like 3-4 months old. My roo at that age was more colorful. The E.E. roosters that I have seen are very colorful. She looks just like my pullet at home right now. So, I hope she is a hen! lol
