Please tell me she's a pullet:-)

Sorry to say, but that is a cockeral! They can be difficult to tell, but he already has the curved, shiny, pointy tail feathers coming in and I see a few pointy saddle feathers poking out.

I'm sorry to disapoint you, but, yes, that is a cockeral, like Chickerdoodle said. But, what ever offspring he has (if you keep him) will carry the dominant ble egg gene... or it should...

I was afraid that would be the case:( I kept two of the 15 chicks we hatched and this one was the quietest, most laid back one of them all- was sure it would be a hen -- till those tail feathers started coming in. He'll have to be exchanged:( No roos allowed. Too bad- he was my favorite.

Thanks everyone for all your responses!

Don't give up. EEs are very difficult to sex especially that early.
Last year I posted pictures of both of mine at about 4 months old. Both had grown tails like yours and dropped them then regrew them; and had pointy hackle feathers.
I was assured that one was certainly a roo, and the other was almost certainly a roo. Both started laying a few weeks later. I was certainly glad that one person PMd me and said they were pullets, and to hold off getting rid of them. And that I procrastinated.

due to comb size, redness of comb, thickness of legs, and over all coloring that is 1,000% cockerel

Thanks for the encouragement Imp:) Based on personality alone, I would have said pullet - nothing roostery about his/her behavior at all. Not sure if this matters, but the black pullet in the pic (looks like a pullet and has a pale comb) picked on this one in the beginning.

Doesn't hurt to hang on to him/her a bit longer to be sure - at least I'll get to enjoy him/her a bit longer. Started clucking so if a crow is on the way, maybe it will be soon

All I know is that I'm having a lot of fun with chickens!
