Not all EEs have green or teal legs. Some Americannas have yellow with spotted legs. Most times, there is a "V" shape stripe on the top of the head BUT, EEs come in wheaton and gray/buff colors too.
Looks like you get to play the wait and see game!

Could be a delaware. Here are a couple pics of mine. The first pic is a little younger than the picture you posted I think, and the second one is older by a few weeks.

Doesn't look EE no cheeks and no green legs which most hatchery chicks have(but not all) but has a Hatchery Delaware look...we have lots of Delaware's here and they are super.Sure is marked like a Delaware.I can't post pics of my latest Delaware chicks as an Andy in the brooder plucked them and they are now Blue Delaware's(blue kote)

Well, it seems that she is now showing a little green through her legs. Hopefully its not my imagination. Heres another pic of her

Sorry but many Delawares have that color legs especially hatchery stock. It's not desirable but they also tend to go back to yellow as they mature...just bought a bunch of chicks that were not hatchery stock all with that color legs-their only real flaw. They are now 4 months and all the legs are yellow.
Sticking with a Hatchery Delaware and that egg will be much bigger than if it were an EE
