She treats her pigeons like her children, Importing Seeds all the way from Belgium to Canada, It be so sad if the Animal Control Officer come and seize and kill her pets that she treat as if it's her children

Should Granny keep her pigeon? Do we need another bylaw? Just enforce the ones in existence is my answer to these clowns.

just make it so every pet bird has to be banded or is subject to be destroyed if out loose, just like dogs and cats ect.. then if they can prove with evidence that is pet pigeons, then they can make a case against pigeon owners. on other hand, just feeding ferals all the time like people do with cats, should be punished if people are not fully responsible for these animals. my flights actually seem very territorial and keep the neighbor hood ferals away (there are a lot and they poop everywere around here, as is close to tourism and pigeons eat extreamely well around area).
