PLS HELP there is blood on my chickens wing

My chicken is a two month old Astra White and I've noticed that here wings have bald spots

Whats your set-up like? Do you have any roosters? How many other hens? Hen pecking can be because of boredom, protein deficiency or if the other hens see that the hen is sick or hurt.
