Pluck 'em or skin 'em?

i gotta tell ya.. we skinned this weekend and i'm sold out on it! sure i used to pluck but it was hot and we were cranky - we finished in no time flat.

and yes we laughed when we used the hose and blew them up like balloons and yes we realize that we were not practicing gratitude nor grace.. but it was kinda funny

however - we finished ours mostly on corn so it felt like a waste to get rid of the fat!

oh well.. like i said we were hot and cranky
 
Skin. Did 15 last week, 15 this week. Half the freezer space, healthier for you, roast parts in covered dish. Have not plucked in 20 years and never looked back. 15 birds. Chop, skin, cut to parts, average about 5 minutes a bird.
