Too early to tell for sure, but I'm leaning that way as well. Males will feather in whiter than females, as they've got the double barring.

Based on the amount of white in the wing feathers, and the size of the headspots, I think #2 and #3 are males, and I suspect #1 may also be a male.

I would agree, I'd guess all 3 are cockerels.
