What's the span of the floor joists (supports). I would use no less than 1/2" but as @RoosterML suggests 3/4" would be best.
I'm going to add PT T&G is going to be costly but well worth the added cost.
Your floor in that small of a space is going to take quite a bit of heavy congested abuse especially in the kitchen/bath and entry areas.
