Pnumonia convern baby ducks

Just got 4 day old ducks. Sounds like they have crackle lungs. Any antibiotic advice? Especially dosage? Thank you

I'm not the best with dosage, so I'll let isaac or Lydia answer that. But I would recommend making sure they have access to electrolyte/probiotic water to give them an extra boost (save a chick/hydro hen).
