Hi everyone! Hoping someone can tell me if my pullets seem close to laying based on the color of their combs and wattles? They’re 17 weeks. I never knew how impatient I was until I started waiting for eggs… I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas! Update: one of our speckled sussex laid an egg 12 days after this post at 18.5 weeks old and one of our Easter eggers laid 15 days after this post at 19 weeks exactly!
