Evening all, this is my first time on here. Im hoping someone can help me. I was given to hens on Christmas Eve. They seem to have settled in really well even though these are the first chickens I have owned. But should they be laying eggs yet or am i being a bit impatient......

Hens sometimes have adjustment periods when being relocated that can last several weeks. It also would depend on what age your hens are?

how old are they? what breed are they? what are they eating? what kind of housing??

the farm they came from told us they were a year old, they are hybrids and I have been feeding them on layers pellets and corn.
