Pointy end pip

Hi, i had an egg pip today (day 18) and it is on the wrong end. The shell has a little chip in it but i dont know if membrane is chipped. What should i do? Any help is appreciated

I guess you are using a incubator---have not read your past post.

"I" do not bother them, But I do not have eggs hatching on day 18----what caused that??? I never know which end it pips on----because I just let them hatch. Look in this tray I pulled out-----how would I know which end they pip on?? LOL They all hatched is what I was concerned about. This is 1 of 4 trays in the hatcher----the other 3 were just as full or fuller.

I had made a bigger pip this morning but now nothing i think it is a lost cause i have 7 other eggs hatching so i say whatever happens happens for him
