( the longer Charizard is tangled in the vines from leach seed the more damage he takes so it's up to you how much. Also all the damage Charizad takes is healed on Sceptile )

" Sceptile quick! Dragon pulse! " Sceptile charged up his dragon pulse attack and fired it off at Charizard.
