Kielbasa and golabki are delicious!
I live 600 kilometres far from Krakow. In Krakow is Wawel Castle, beautiful building.

My father is half Polish, half Canadian French. His dad was one of 16 children. All except the oldest 2 or 3 were born here in the US. They were from a small village called Dymki that was in Sieradz Providence. Have done family history but no luck finding any info on the village except that it was part of a larger estate owned by a count who is likely no relation anyway! I'm very proud of my Polish heritage. Anyway

I'm a 100% Polish and PROUD!!! I was born in Warsaw and moved to the US when I was 3 yrs old. We still speak Polish at my folks house and follow most of the traditional holiday customs.

My Tato Is Polish. My Mamo is from Polish descent. I used to own chickens, now I am interested in quails (easier to raise in the suburbs). I am currently learning Polish. I would love to talk to fellow Poles and learn of Poland's current agricultural state and their history with chickens.
Z Bogiem!
Mariusz
