We just picked up 3 adorable polish babies. They're all having bad hair days but they're still sooo cute! There's a buff, a golden laced and a silver laced. The silver is my favorite. She's so snuggly and she chirps just like a cricket. I think that's going to be her name... might spell it Krikkit though (HHGG fans will get it).

This may seem like a dumb question but should we leave a light on for them at night? They're in the house with a heater so they don't need it for warmth.

What cute babies.... Luv the hairdos ... The 1st week they are supposed to be around 90-95 degrees. Is it that warm in their room? Every week there after your supposed to drop the temp by 5 degrees. Usually at 5 to6 weeks they are pretty well feathered out and don't need the extra heat. My babies are 5 weeks now and I still put the heat on them at night. Here in WV it has been in the 30's the last couple nights and I thought they could probably use a little extra heat. I put my heat lamps in the middle of their room, that way if anyone gets to warm they can move outside of the heatlamp range.
Good luck with those sweeties..
Tammy
