Hi, I'm sure this is covered somewhere.... I just can't seem to find it right now. (I will when I don't need to read up on it..)
We have two sets of chickens, 6 four month old pullets, and 4 5-6 week old pullets. we have been slowly introducing the two groups. Today my husband put all of the girls into the run together.
Well, needless to say we have an injury. Our little Polish has a few missing head feathers, and is bleeding in a few different spots.
I guess I have a couple of questions.
1) How can we introduce Twisted without her going bald?
2) How do we treat her wounds, and do we have to separate her?
Thanks
