polish brahma cross anyone???

So my friend has a polish rooster with a brahma hen(i dont know why?!) and offered to give me eggs to hatch. Has anyone seen a brahma polish cross or pictures? And will the be fertile as polish roos are a bit small then brahma hens

Yes they will be fertile, many bantam roos can get the job done on standard hens. Never seen that cross, but feathered legs are a dominant gene, and i believe they will have small crests as well. What are the parents colors?

the hen is blue and the roo is black

What type of Brahma? I have a Dark Brahma rooster & unlike the other brahmas, male and female coloring is quite different.

You or your friend can check for fertility by carefully emptying an egg in a bowl and checking to see if there is a white ring around a white dot (a bulls-eye pattern) on the yolk.

We actually have some in our incubator right now, we won't have any till another two weeks. I can definitely take some pictures and post them once they have hatched. He's a gold laced polish and our two brahma hens are semi-golden laced black pullets.
