Ok, this is probably a silly question but I want to know. I have a white polish chick that is being raised by a broody. It's 3 weeks old and it has dirty "hair."

I know, right? It isn't tame like my other babies so I'm wondering, do I need to catch the little darling and do something or just leave it be? I mean it's been so that it looks like it's crest is coming in grey or black it looks so bad. The rest of it's body isn't exactly pristine white but it's little topknot looks so dirty I think it's trying to grow dreads or something.

two of my polish chicks need their hair washed:lau but i've just left them alone the others are slowly cleaning it up they dont peck hard just enough to get little bits of it off.

LOL ok then, we just need to teach our polish babies about proper bathing!

Maybe give them some nice bubble bath
