Polish chicken stopped laying eggs

Hello, one of my polish chickens recently went broody for just a day she has stopped now but hasn't laid an egg for four days when usually she lays 6-7 a week how long until she begins again?

I'm in England and it's only 18°c and now other polish has stopped

How old are they? If they're getting old their egg laying may slow down. Otherwise I don't know what might be up.

Hmm. The older one I don't know. I know that as birds are just starting to lay, it can be sporadic. How long has the younger one been laying? Are they losing feathers at all? Any behavior changes? Any major changes in where they live? New birds? Bedding change? Temperature change? Any symptoms of illness? Do they have oyster shell or crushed egg shells offered?

The house has just been cleaned but it's the same bedding and the older one went broody 5 days ago the young one has laid for about 5 weeks

I know its an old post but Same here and I would love to know why. 2 Polish and 1 Silky in same run have just gone on strike!
