Polish- Frizzled? Roos or Hens?

I have two, approximately 4-weeks old, white crested polish. One of them is black and the other is blue. I was wondering if either of them look like they are going to be frizzled? It is likely that they came from frizzled stock. I was also wondering if they look like they are male or female? Thanks very much!
