I have my Mille Fluer d'Uccle hen in a pen with my white crested black polish roo. I decided to hatch one of her eggs. This is what I got.
A tiny black and white chick with feathered legs and a vaulted skull. My 4 year old great granddaughter named her "Ballet"! It seems like a pullet but we never know until egg or crow. I would love to see photos of polish mixes and pure polish from mixed polish colors.

These 2 are a cross between a barnyard mix hen, the brown one that is in the picture, and a buff laced Polish rooster. All 10 chicks were white or mostly white with small crests.

Most of the pure polish from different colored hens hatched whitecwith bkack or grey spots. One looks like it will be white crested blue. I was hoping to get a bantam polish type chick with some red or speckles. No such luck yet.

I didn't even want those chicks. Sent the rooster to freezer camp when he was 2 1/2 as he get extremely people aggressive. Hen must have had some urge to get a rooster for the flock as she took off and wasn't seen for over a month. I thought she was dead. She returned with 10 newly hatched chicks. As soon as the 9 pullets started to lay I sold them all as well as the cockerel she hatched.

She did the same thing a year later when a fox got my new rooster><><><><><>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><><>><><<>
