Polish roolet?

Gold laced polish, 4.5-5 weeks old. Is this a comb? It's the only one of six with any type of something growing there. I've never had them before.

Yes, that is a comb. However, it doesn't mean that this bird is a cockerel. Right now (though it is too young to be sure), it looks like a pullet.
