The Ghost in my Wires, that the Housing Authority guys expelled last year, has returned!
It's first act of vengance was to kill my computer! (the first surge took out it's power-box)
My communication with the outside world is now dead in the water!

I'm at the Library, and will check in whenever I get back here. (there's no "Tears" smilie)

(I sure hope somebody has a remedy for this mess - this time around!)
