Poop and ice on feathers near butt.

Help please i brought a chicken in to warm up she had huge softball of ice/poop on her butt fell off now feathers with poop on them and there wet. What can i do? Do i cut or wash with water?

I'd soak her to soften up the mess then break it up and wash her off.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to trim some of the fluff away from her vent to keep it from happening again.
Use a hair dryer to thoroughly dry her before returning her to the flock.

Yes, trim her butt a bit.

I would trim poop holding feathers 1/2" from skin and take a good look back there.
The loose poops might be a concern if they continue.
