I have two khaki's about 5 wks. old , who love to poop in their tub of water which they also are constantly drinking from. I change the water daily. So my question would be how safe is it to eat the future eggs that come from them? Their tub by the way is a large motar mixing tub which holds around 15 to 20 gal.

It's totally safe. This is what ducks do. Even on a pond-- lots of wild birds and other ducks and fish are all pooping in that pond. It's fine. :)

. As long as you are still changing the water daily it's fine. Waterfowl in general are very messy and will mess up any water source they can.

This is how I make sure my ducks are at least having not "poopy" water they have a 5 gallon bucket they drink out of its only tall enough to put their heads in however they do always get it full of food particles! But I have this next to thier kiddie pool so they aren't always having poopy water! :)

Thanks for the quick responses. I did try One of those 3gal jugs with a 1 inch water ring I do believe they thought that was their toilet Will try the bucket next.
