Poop near vent

Just noticed that one of my hens has poop around her backside, is this soemthing to worry about?
she’s behaving normally, should I give her a bath or is this a bad idea?

You can pull off any solids or dry poop, and trim any excess fluff where it is stuck. If necessary, bring her in where it is warm, and give a shallow butt bath with mild soap and warm water. Dry her with a blow dryer before she is put back outside.
