Poop Question w/pic

I figure the “with pic” in subject line would make sure everyone wanted to open my poop question.

New chicken owner...raised since chicks around Easter. They seem healthy and happy, but noticed diarrhea last few days.

Today I noticed yellow mucas poo and this has me more worried. I’m in Seattle area where it’s been warmer, 80s...so they have been drinking a bit more. We let them free range a few hours a day and provide plenty grower feed.

Anything else, Treat wise? We tossed Cabbage Leaves and the core to my healthy 9. Next day, they all had the Squirts, literally! After 3 days of ACV in the water, all went back to normal...JJ
