Hello David :) We need a bit more information, then maybe one of the health experts can help out. Personally I don't know about chicken poop, but I know I've seen all sorts of colors in it, usually dependent upon what they've eaten. If they eat mullberries, I see purple poop for days LOL. Answer these, please, and I'll tag a few folks who might know:
Where are you located?
What kind of food are you giving them? Also treats, etc.
How old are they?
How much area do they roam about? Just their run, or do they free-range?

Thank you for answering my questions. It doesn't sound like anything is amiss, but we can't see what they eat when they're ranging, and we can't see what their poop actually looks like. A photo would help a bunch, if you can post one, please.

Chickens can live just fine on chick starter feed, so that's fine. I'm no expert, but during fall molt I feed my chickens game bird grower/finisher feed that's about 22% protein, and there are no ill effects from it and their poop isn't yellow. I also give oyster shell as free-choice, and sometimes food scraps and scratch grains.

We really do need to see a picture, though.

Okay I send you a picture tomorrow because i just check on them and they all tucked in cause it dark out so I send one tomorrow but the yellow poop besides that they all seem normal

Chick feed is 20%, and is fine. Many use flock raiser which is almost identical, for their whole flock. Do you know how to recognize a cecal poop? That can be yellow or other colors. A picture of what you are seeing may help.
