Poop

Runny icky poo. Red and brown in color. Wont seem to taper off. Birds in good shape other than that. Birds have been wormed with DE. I am asking this for a friend he is having this problem.

I had a few birds that had this problem but it went away.
Any ideas. Birds are eating 20% layer rations.
