I have a three year old hen "Red" who has started having stool stick to the tail feathers around her vent. All of my other birds are doing great and none of my birds appear to be ill, including "Red". The only thing that concerns me is the new collection of stool. I have not changed feed or anything so I am clueless. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Just a dirty butt is pretty vague to make a diagnosis. Could just be normal for her. I have one that always has dirty butt, but your just started. hmmm??? Make sure you keep it cleaned off as it can burn the skin if it is in contact for long. And you can trim up the feathers around the vent.
I'll attach a link to Welp's disease list, so you can keep an eye out for other symptoms. Hope they don't show up

Good Luck
