Poopy Butts

My 3 hens have poopy butts, are pooping less than usual, and sometimes have greenish poop. The white part has been sticky sometimes, too. I put vinegar in the water about 1x/week, clean out poops 2x/day, and change water every 2 days at most. They seem fine otherwise, and laying is fine. Any practices that address this problem appreciated. Thanks.

3, 2, and 1. Nature Wise layer mix. Never wormed. Is that something I can do here?
