What was the poster?
A wildlife poster of an eagle?
A rock poster of KISS?
A youth poster of Psycho Bunny?
A movie poster of Batman?

Do share, the possibilities amuse me to no end!

I'm so glad someone else said this! I was going to say it but I was too embarrassed!
Ah, well; I'd rather play with my animals than do housework anyway.
One of my mom's favorite quotes is: No one ever lay on their death bed and thought 'I wish I'd kept my house cleaner'.

We don't seem to have a problem with the birds that live here year-round or stay for the breeding season, but we always have a problem during spring and fall migration. We put in ponds and feeders, so this has become a stop for many birds. The woods and sky are reflected on the outside of our patio door.

What I do, is leave the screen door partly closed, so it's covering part of each pane of the door. Since it's not such a big opening anymore, the birds slow down if they try to fly through. They barely graze the glass and fly off, instead of a hard hit that wounds or kills. Most don't try to fly through at all. Maybe this can help you, until you figure out what else you want to try.
