What is wrong with this chicken eye? It started out red and got worse while raising her babies.

Is there pus in the eye or an injury? Are there any bubbles in the eye? Any sneezing or noisy breathing? Can you get a more clear picture? I would clean the eye with a clean wet cloth or saline eye wash, about $3 at many stores, and apply some Terramycin eye ointment or Triple antiobiotic 2-3 times a day.
