Poorly chicken

My chicken is really poorly, first started a week again when I found her barely alive, no obvious illness apart from seemed starved. I hand fed with water and food, after a couple of days she seemed better, however yesterday she took a turn for the worse, she has eaten very little today and is not as interested in drinking like she has been. She has been drinking alot. I have attached some photos of her poop. She is an ex battery hen I rescued last summer. She laid only twice after she came to me and nothing since. I've dusted her with mite powder. Started her on wormer today. I've also noticed her neck looking like it has a lump, like bone, in it....is this because her crop is empty that I can see it? I'm new to chickens. Thank you in advance
