Poorly quail chick

Hi,
My quail chic who just came out the incubator this morning still isn’t looking too good he can’t walk and has curled toes so I have made him a shoe and also had splayed legs so I corrected it with some tape but still can’t really move about and I’m worried as I don’t know how much he’s drinking and eating but I am lifting him over to the water and food and also has a small patch that looks like it has no feathers I’m just very worried about him and I don’t know what else to do

have you checked his belly? one of our birds was weak and we checked it over and there was a lump on it's lower belly (closer to the tail.)

No I haven’t checked it’s belly and if it does have a lump how is that cureable

I don't know how to cure it... maybe @Kiki or @007Sean knows how to cure it?

Can you get a pic without the red lamp on? A clear pic in white light would be easier to see if anything is wrong.
I use the blue painter's tape to fix curled toes, vet wrap to make a hobble if they have splayed legs.
