Pop Door size? Jersey Giant to Bantam

I need to make a pop door in my new coop today. I have a Jersey Giant cockerel, so assume it will need to be bigger than normal. How large does it need to be? all of mine are still 3 month or younger, so I don't have any full size chickens to "measure" either.

Any ideas on size?

I'm guessing 15" would be good. If you're worried about drafts the exit could have a porch, too.
