pop door sticky!

I'm 95% there with my coop! I have a sliding door with rope attached so that i can open and close it from the outside. However, it does get stuck! it was fine yesterday, but today sticky. i think this is due to the weather and the wood expanding/subtracting. Is there anything I could use to make the door run smooth that is hen friendly.

LOL! Nothing a saw can't take care of! I also sand and paint things to make them smoother sometimes. Our pop door is almost the exact same as yours.

Definitely weather related. I have the same issue but deal with it. Most of the time it works but the occaisional rains make it sticky from expansion.

Looks good, try candle wax, rub the candle along the edges. It works on drawers!
