Portable Fencing?

Okay, I usually free-range my chickens, but the barrier between my neighbor's yard and my yard is now not enough to keep my chickens from going into my neighbor's yard. I don't think they've found out yet but I know that they would be mad if they found them wandering in their yard. At this point I can't let them out of their coop and run AT ALL or they go into said neighbor's yard, and it's very hard to go over there and retrieve them.

So my question is: what do you use to keep your hens confined, but give them more room than a chicken run would offer? I've looked high and low for portable poultry fencing, but all I can find is electrified portable fencing which costs a small fortune. I have close to a dozen chickens, so I don't think a chicken tractor would work.

I am ready to keep them locked in their pen, but I know that they would be much happier if I had a way for them to still roam parts of the yard.

My large fowl won't go over a 5 ft chainlink fence. They did a couple times wiggle under.
