Possible Blood Ring?

Would yall consider this a blood ring?
I haven't had one as of yet so wasn't sure and thought I'd seek yalls input.
This is Day 12 in incubator.

So u would toss it?
I figured it would be a more pronounced "ring"...the only change in last few days has been the single eye to now 3 dark spots. Wasn't sure if it was just a slow development or dieing.

I see no veins, but I do see a blood ring just as you thought and by day 12, the chick should be larger.
