possible dislocation on wings carpal joint and how to fix?

I have a 1 year old Cornish X hen, I received her from an associate because they bought her by accident from a Tractor Supply Co. along with a some other chicks. her coupe has a "bedroom" that she sleeps and lays eggs in, and the doorway is roughly two feet from the coupes floor, and has a ramp going down from it. she thought it was a good idea to jump the ramp and crash landed on the floor, she has a leg injury that I believe should heal in a few days, but she also has a bulge at her carpal joint (the joint furthest from her shoulder) on her right wing, the bulge also has a scab on it, and upon feeling it, I could feel what felt like solid bone, so I guessed that her fall might have dislocated it somehow. if it is dislocated, is there a way to put it back? thanks
