Possible Fowl Pox Wet or Dry ?

HI,
Saw this today on my White Plymouth Rock. We have mosquitos, she is moulting, she is eating, a bit slower tho.
Notice the lesion on her nostril.
Will this lesion go into her throat?
NO lesions in her mouth or throat at this time.
I have removed her from the others.
She is the house and I have treated with Betadine and Neosporin NO pain relief kind.
Is this POX ?
If it is what more can I do ?

I can't see your picture. Fowl pox scabs are usually on the skin, mostly on the comb face, and wattles, but can be elsewhere on the body. The wet pox lesions are yellow and can be in the throat, airway, and esophagus. Here are some pictures and links about pox:
