Possible Gape Worm/Respiratory Infection or Stress

Yesterday my mom and I bought five chicks from Tractor Supply (it was our first time buying chicks from a big box hatchery). They had been shipped in that day and there had been delays in transit with the chicks.

One of the chicks at first had been constantly opening its mouth with its eyes closed multiple times in succession. This behavior stopped by the night time, but it seems to have labored breathing. It eats and drinks, and acts normally despite this.

Please help us, it doesn’t sneeze but we don’t know if it’s a medical issue or from all the stress

Everyone else is right as rain, but the chick seems to be doing better. The heat was right when I temp gunned it. Thank you so much!!
