Possible Infection/ disease?

Does my hen have an infection or disease on her face? I know she’s a little dirty but her feathers aren’t growing in like my other Easter egger on her cheeks and beard. She acts pretty normal, no signs of lethargy or loss of appetite. Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated!

First step is get her washed and clean, and then some good closeup pics. I do see evidence of feather picking on her neck. Also you just may have an EE without beards and muffs. It happens sometimes.
