So this little one was hatched yesterday. Dad is a barred rock. Mom possibilities is a black sex link and an iso brown. Any idea on which one? And possibly Male or female?

Mom is maybe a black sex link. I don’t have that type of chicken, but I have read that the males have a white spot on the top of their head.

The rooster being barred Rock means all of the chicks get one barring gene from him. Every chick will have a spot on the head as that's how the barring gene shows on a chick. There's nothing to tell male or female at this point, you'll have to wait and see. Because the possible color combinations are all red/silver/black, I don't think you can tell which hen laid the egg by the look of the chick. The look of the egg would be a better clue as hens all have their own shade and shape and close observation can help you associate which hen lays which egg.
