Possible respiratory problem with 2 week old chick?

I have a 2 week old chick. It's sneezing and heavily breathing even its sinuses puff up when he breaths. But other than that eats drinks grooms himself fine. Any ideas or how to cure this appreciated thank you

His sinuses puff up? That's really weird. What is the broader like? Feed?
