Possible roo behavior?

While letting my chicks out today, I notice two of the them behaving like I think (or at least have read) roo's. They walked up to each other, stuck their necks up all high and mighty and "flared" the feathers on their neck and flapping wings at each other. I know it's probably to early to tell (they'll be around a month and a week old this Thursday).
 
Yes, that is definite roo behavior. It really depends on the breed on how fast they mature!

I have two pullets that do it to eachother all the time. I think they're trying to see who is queen.

I'm not totally 100% positive on breed, but am almost sure their speckled sussex's. Never seen my RIR's do it (I have 3 of them and 2 of what I think are speckled sussex's).
 
Well all I can do is hope their all hens (they came from tractor supply), but this does make me feel better as I thought this was strictly roo behavior.
