Possible Rooster?

Hi everybody, so we have a few nine week old chicks and one of them, Lavender, is almost twice the size of the rest and it has been chasing the other chicks and like flying on top of them. Is Lavender a rooster because if she is we can't keep her. (I know I have been calling Lavender a she...force of habit)

Handsome guy! For reference, I have three 11-week-old pullets, and their combs are still tiny pale pink bumps, and no wattles yet in sight. (This varies by breed, of course.)

He's a cockerel and also looks like a Saphire Gem.
