Possible salpinitis in culled hen.

I culled a hen and found two lumpy things in her belly. Leathery outside, similar to hard boiled egg yolk inside.

Can anyone confirm my suspicions? If she did have salipinitis, is there a recommended resource I can use to read up on it?

Yes, that is definitely the lash egg material from bacterial salpingitis. It can be caused by one of several bacteria, typically E.coli. Here are some graphic pictures and info:
