Possible sick chicken?

When I let out my chickens this morning I noticed one of my hens acting weird, she kind of walks with a limp but she can still keep up with the others as they ran out of the coop. When I threw out some scratch feed they all went over to it but she only pecked a couple times and just laid down while the others ate. She still drank water but she’s just acting sleepy/weird. When I checked her over she had a green butt and I cleaned it off, none of the others have green droppings.

Age:2 Diet: Egg-layer/Scratch corn and seeds/grass. Last laid: unsure Crop: adnormal and there’s a slight lump ( she really didn’t like me touching it )
