Possible sick week old chick

I think this chick could possibly be sick or have something going on with her. She is eating and drinking and keeps up with the rest of chicks, and poop is looking great, however, I’ve been watching it closely and it seems to be much more puffed up and it’s wings look to be drooping compared to the rest. She is feeding on medicated feed and had a mealworm as a treat. She even had the energy to run around the brooder while the others chased her for the worm. Any idea what I might be dealing with and what I can do to help her out?

try adding a little apple cider vinegar to her water but make sure its organic, something like Braggs and cut some very small bits of garlic and give it to her as well one of mine was sick and shes great now and im giving my chick who has a torn eyelid today some acv as well good luck
